DON AI LLC ("DON AI", "we") builds and hosts websites for small businesses through wegetitdon.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Brief details you type: your name, email, phone, business name, business phone, the domain you want, your design answers, and any logo or photos you upload.
- Voice conversations with Don: if you choose to talk to Don, your audio is streamed to our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to be transcribed and answered in real time. Conversations may be recorded and transcribed so we can build your brief and improve the service. Talking to Don is optional; every field can be typed instead.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To design, build, host and maintain your website and register your domain.
- To send your receipts and service emails.
- To email you about DON AI offers. You can opt out with one click in any such email. We do not send marketing text messages.
- To keep the service secure and to comply with law.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice conversations), Google Workspace (email and records), Vercel and Railway (hosting and automation), and our domain registrars (Cloudflare and Namecheap). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Brief details, records and transcripts are kept for as long as you are a customer and for up to three years afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Uploaded photos and logos are kept for as long as they are used on your site.
Your choices
Email wegetitdon.ai@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing email, or to ask a question. We answer within 30 days. California residents have the additional rights described in the CCPA and can exercise them through the same address.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for active customers, send an email.
