Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and DON AI LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("DON AI"). By sending a brief or paying for a plan you accept them.

What you get

• A custom website designed and built from your brief, hosted by us, on a domain we register for you.
• Photos, video and copy generated for the site as part of the build, plus any photos and logos you supply.
• A monthly plan that covers the domain, hosting, security updates and a set number of changes: 3 a month on the $25 plan or 10 a month on the $50 plan. A change is an edit to the existing site such as text, prices, hours, photos or a section swap. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.

Price and payment

• The build is $200 and is charged together with the first month of your plan ($225 or $250) at checkout, right after you send your brief. Work starts when that payment clears. Your plan then renews every month until you cancel.
• The monthly plan renews automatically through Stripe starting 30 days after your first payment, until you cancel. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email; your current term is honored.
• Premium domains (those priced above standard registration) are offered on a higher monthly plan agreed with you before purchase.

Domain ownership

DON AI registers and holds the domain in its own account and keeps it pointed at your site while your plan is active. This lets us manage renewals and hosting for you. The domain is not transferred to you. If your plan ends, the site is taken down and the domain is left to lapse at the end of its registration term; it is not renewed and cannot be handed over.

Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Refund policy for what is and is not refundable.

Your content and ours

• You keep ownership of the material you give us and confirm you have the right to use it. You give us a license to use it on your site and in our own portfolio.
• DON AI owns the site's code, design system and generated media. While your plan is active you have a license to use the site for your business. If the plan ends, that license ends.
• Generated content may resemble content generated for others. You are responsible for checking that names, claims and prices on your site are accurate and lawful for your business.

Acceptable use

We will not build or host sites that are unlawful, deceptive, infringe others' rights, or promote hate, violence, adult content or regulated products without the required licenses. We may decline or end service for those reasons with a refund of any unused monthly fees.

Don, the voice consultant

Don is an automated assistant. Talking to him is optional. He can make mistakes; what you approve in your brief is what we build. Prices and policies come from this site, not from anything Don says.

Service and liability

We aim for the site to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DON AI's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes

Before any formal claim, email us and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
