Refunds

Simple rules so there are no surprises.

The $200 build

• Fully refundable if you cancel before we have started the build. Work usually starts within hours of payment, so email right away if you change your mind.
• Once the build has started the fee is not refundable, because the work is custom to you. If we cannot deliver a working site on your domain, you get a full refund.

The monthly plan

• Cancel any time by email. Your site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for; there are no partial-month refunds.
• If we end your service for a reason that is not a breach of the Terms, unused months are refunded.

Domains

Domain registration costs are paid to the registrar and are not refundable once a domain is registered. When a plan ends, the domain lapses at the end of its term and is not transferred.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are fixed the same day. A chargeback filed while a plan is active suspends the site until it is resolved.

How to ask

Email wegetitdon.ai@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
